Frequently asked questions
Is ARBEDU really women-only?
Yes. Both teaching and learning accounts are for women and girls, and children learn from their mother's account.
Do I need to speak Arabic to start?
No. Courses for non-native speakers start from the alphabet, and the free Maqra'ah circles are designed for non-Arabic speakers.
Which languages are supported?
The platform interface and support are available in Arabic, English, French, Spanish and German.
Where do lessons take place?
Inside the platform's live room, which opens automatically at lesson time, with whiteboard and screen sharing.
Can I contact a teacher directly?
You can message her inside the platform. Phone numbers and personal emails are not exchanged, for everyone's safety.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
From your courses page in your account; the fee and refund policy published on the site explains what applies.
