About ARBEDU
About ARBEDU — a women-only academy for Arabic and Islamic sciences
ARBEDU is an online, women-only learning platform for the Arabic language, Quran recitation and memorisation, and the Islamic sciences. Everything happens inside the platform: booking, lessons, files, messages and certificates.
What we do
- Live one-to-one and small-group lessons with verified female teachers
- Structured Arabic for non-native speakers, levels A1 to C1, with lesson files
- Quran recitation correction and memorisation plans
- Attendance certificates for learners who attend at least 75% of a course
How teachers are verified
Every teacher submits a profile, CV or ijazah documents, a photo and her weekly availability. Applications are reviewed before a teacher becomes visible to learners, and incomplete profiles stay pending until the missing documents are added.
Safety and privacy
- No phone numbers or personal email exchanged between learners and teachers
- Messaging, voice notes and classrooms all stay inside the platform
- Children learn from their mother's account, with short adapted sessions
Who runs the platform
ARBEDU is operated from France and serves learners across Europe and worldwide, in their own timezone. Legal notices, terms, privacy and refund policies are published on the site.
