How do I create an ARBEDU account?
Open the Join page, pick your role (student or teacher), then sign up with email or with Google, Apple, or Microsoft. Registration is completely free.
Are the courses free?
We regularly open fully free courses, while private lessons with teachers are paid using lesson credits. There is no paid membership for students.
How do I book a lesson with a teacher?
From the Choose your teacher page, open her profile and pick a slot from her schedule. If her calendar is not open yet, send a lesson request with your preferred time and she or the admin will reply.
What is the difference between lesson credits and points?
Lesson credits are spent on booking lessons and programs. Points are earned through activity, attendance, and referrals, and unlock perks and discounts.
Which payment methods are available?
Top-ups and payments inside the platform use bank card or PayPal, and every transaction is logged in your wallet. Teacher payouts go out via PayPal, Wise or bank transfer, and inside Egypt via InstaPay and mobile e-wallets. We never ask for payment outside the platform.
